Site work and paving for a road / highway in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Board reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or to waive irregularities therein, and to accept any Proposals which, in the opinion of the Board, may be most advantageous and to the best interest of the County. This contract will be considered for award on April 12, 2022. Dr Structure Cover, Adj, Case 1 Cold Milling HMA Surface HMA, 3C Minor Traf Devices Water Shutoff, Adj, Case 1 HMA Spillway This part of the contract will consist of lowering manholes, "Profile" cold milling HMA 1.5" at bottom of valley gutter or edge of road to 0% at centerline. Manholes on centerline may just need to be adjusted. (Determined by KCRC representative) Adjusting structures, and then placing a final course HMA (1 1/2 "). The Kent County Road Commission Maintenance Department will be doing any and all prep work prior to milling and all restoration work after paving. Belmont Center Drive: Jupiter Avenue to Belmont Avenue will consist of lowering manholes, full depth mill, placing base course HMA (2.0"), Adjusting structures, and then placing a final course HMA (1 1/2 ")
