Renovation of a municipal facility in Caldwell, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Board of County Commissioners of Canyon County, Idaho is inviting bids from vendors for the purpose of acquiring audio/visual equipment and installation of that equipment for the Canyon County Fair Expo Building, with as many sub-classifications as are necessary to perform all work on the following project: Vendor Services For the Spring 2022 Canyon County Fair Expo Building AV Equipment & Installation Project. This work will take place at the Canyon County Fair Expo Building and consists of services associated with providing audio/visual equipment as described in the Invitation for Bids as well as the installation of the equipment as described in the Invitation for Bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check on an Idaho bank, or bid bond, with an Idaho State Licensed Surety Company, in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid, including any added alternates, made payable to Canyon County. This surety shall be forfeited by the Bidder in the event of failure to sign the contract or timely furnish the required 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids unless the award of contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. Canyon County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid or bids deemed in the best interest of Canyon County.
