Invitation to Tender(ITT) - RC232470001 Heritage Hwy Sites Recreation Site Maintenance - Peace Natural Resource District The contract is for one (1) year with an option to renew for an additional two years. (specifically- 12 Months: two, six month renewals, seasonally over the next 2 years). The term of the contract is from May 1, 2022 to October 31, 2022. Overview of the Work/Service Required: The proposed contract requires the provision of regular maintenance, clean-up, and minor repairs of the five(5)recreation sites listed below. All sites are geographically located in the central portion of the Peace Natural Resource District, near the communities of Tumbler Ridge and Chetwynd. Access conditions for each of the sites are variable, and some sites may require the use of a 4-wheel drive vehicle. The locations of each site are shown on the recreation site location maps included with the tender package. Recreation Site Names: . Foot (Boot) Lake (REC1344) . Stony Lake (REC1084) . Redwillow River (REC1087) . Flatbed Creek (REC1347) . Thunder Creek (REC1086) The Contractor will visit the sites as per the schedule and frequency specified in Schedule C, for removal of garbage and sanitation of outhouse(s), minor facility repairs and paint structures as necessary. As well as those items listed in Schedule A "Services". The lowest tender may not necessarily be accepted.
