Site work for a water / sewer project in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work generally consists of the following tasks: 1. A review of the dolphin pile repair information available, including drawings and specifications in the Draft Contract. 2. Provision of an Environmental Management Plan; and acquiring any Permits, if required. 3. Provide all labour and materials for repairing the dolphin pile structures, consistent with the drawings and specifications in the Draft Contract, and according to each vendors proposed solution. 4. Repairs will need to be planned around cruise ship and PRPA vessel operations and schedules. 5. Ensure a safe work environment for all workers, and not to interfere with marine shipping. The general contractor shall maintain a first aid attendant on site; follow health and safety protocols. 6. Final site clean up to the satisfaction of PRPA, including disposal of materials in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. 7. Supply all red-line drawings, maintenance manuals, warranties, and repair details in a project close out binder, as described in Appendix 8.
