Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Generally, the scope of work comprises demolition of existing construction, placement of granular fill, installation of electric power and drainage infrastructure, installation of new exterior signage, installation of new interior partition walls and doors, installation of new exterior doors and windows, modifications to existing canopies, repair and refinishing of all areas affected by the work, and site cleanup. The Work generally consists of the supply of all labour and materials for the following elements: 1. Provision of all contract security, insurance, labour, plant, tools, equipment, and material; 2. Removal and disposal of approximately 1,750 sq.ft (163 m2) of existing concrete sidewalk including approximately 115 lin.ft (35 m) of trench drain, and excavation and disposal of approximately 194 cu.yd (150 m3) of expansive soil; 3. Supply and placement of approximately 194 cu.yd. (150 m3) of granular material, construction of approximately 1,750 sq.ft (163 m2) of new concrete sidewalk and 115 lin.ft (35 m) of trench drain; 4. Supply all labour and material for the installation of concrete foundations and backlit exterior signage, including underground electrical service; 5. Supply all labour and material for the installation of new exterior windows and doors; 6. Supply all labour and materials, excepting corrugated plastic roofing and furring strips, to modify existing exterior canopies; 7. Demolition of existing building construction as required to accommodate new interior glass partition wall and bracing of new signage to building; 8. Relocation of existing electrical wiring, annunciator panel, etc. to accommodate new construction; 9. Repair and make good all areas affected by the work.
