D52 is issuing this RFQ to qualify firms for a shortlist to provide architectural services on an "if, as and when requested" basis. The number of firms shortlisted for the List of Qualified Architects is at the sole discretion of SD52. The prequalification process will enable SD52 to create a List of Qualified Architects (Shortlist) who will be available for the design and construction administration of school additions, renovations and related projects. Architectural services for each of these projects will be procured separately and individually. SD52 reserves its right to use the Shortlist for other purposes and other projects or to proceed in another manner without use of the List of Qualified Architects for the projects described herein. SD52 reserves its rights to include additional qualified architects onto the Shortlist at any time. Project values $5M-$10M.
