Renovation of a residential development in Ripley, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Scope of work includes comprehensive exterior renovations with raising the roof pitch and other significant changes to the facade on four (4) buildings. Two (2) of these buildings will also receive interior renovations in a total of four (4) apartments. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds must be secured by a guaranty or surety company listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570 and shall be within the maximum amount specified for such company in said Circular 570. The "Bid Bond" and the "Performance and Payment Bond" must be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the state where the project is located, and must be listed in U.S. Treasury Circular No. 570. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Attention is called to the fact that The Ripley Housing Authority is not an Indian Housing Authority. Further attention is called to the fact that the Ripley Housing Authority has converted its developments to Section 8 Project Based Rental Assistance. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
