The purpose of the FYE 2022 Flood Avenue Sidewalks Project is to construct new sidewalks where none exists and replace obsolete or dilapidated sidewalks to complete an ADA accessible route on both sides of Flood Avenue from Gray Street to Acres Street. Where indicated on plans, certain existing ramps may be replaced or eliminated altogether. For furnishing all tools, material and labor, and performing the work necessary for construction of the FYE 2022 Flood Avenue Sidewalks Project. Questions related to this contract will be answered up to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2022. Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves regarding all local conditions. Said Surety Bond will be retained as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails, neglects, or refuses to enter into said contract for the construction of said public improvements for said project, and furnish the necessary Performance, Statutory, and Maintenance Bonds within ten (10) days from and after the date the award is made
