The Work to be performed is in the Town of Jupiter, within Palm Beach County, and consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the rehabilitation of an existing wastewater secondary clarifier as shown on the Contract Plans & Specifications and as specified herein to include: ITB #22-010-00120: CLARIFIER NO. 3 REHABILITATION Project includes the rehabilitation and repair of specific mechanical systems and components within an existing 100-ft diameter, pre-stressed concrete secondary clarifier unit at the Loxahatchee River District Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). The existing clarifier mechanism was manufactured by Eimco/Ovivo with Serial No. 22318-05. The selected Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and tools for the rehabilitation of the specific mechanical systems and components. All work shall be completed per the bid documents, specifications and Engineer Observations and Recommendations Memorandum included as an Appendix. All replacement parts supplied for the contract shall be original equipment manufacturer (OEM) issue. The District reserves the right to determine material elements of the Bid and to award the Contract, if at all, to the lowest, qualified, responsive, and responsible Bidder. The District further reserves the right to reject any and all Bids; to not proceed with the Project; and/or to waive any irregularities contained in a Bid. The Bid Documents are made available on the above terms solely for the purpose of obtaining Bids and do not confer a license or grant for any other use. Character and amount of security to be furnished by each Bidder are stated in the Instruction to Bidders. The Bidder shall hold its Bid open for acceptance by the District for a period of not less than ninety (90) calendar days following the date of the Bid opening.
