For the following: GRAVEL Bankrun 100 tons, more or less, delivered as directed; GRAVEL Bankrun 100 tons, more or less, FOB; 2RC 8,000 tons more or less, stones not over 1 1/2 inch, tailgate spread on various Township roads or stockpiled; 2RC 500 tons more or less, stones not over 1 1/2 inch, FOB; COARSE AGGREGATE (1A Stone)200 ton, more or less, delivered as directed and FOB; PennDOT #2A2000 tons, more or less, stones not over 1 1/2 inch,tailgate spread on various Township Roads or stockpiled. Specify if stone or gravel; PennDOT #2A500 tons, more or less, stones not over 1 1/2 inch, FOB; COARSE AGGREGATE (Aashto#8/ 1B Stone) 200 ton more or less, washed/cleaned, stockpiled as directed; COARSE AGGREGATE (Aashto#8/ 1B Stone) 300 ton more or less, unwashed, stockpiled as directed; COARSE AGGREGATE (Aashto#57/ 2B Stone)washed, 600 ton more or less; ROCK R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, & R81000 tons, more or less, delivered as directed; ROCK R3 & R41000 tons, more or less, FOB; TYPE 1 Anti-skid (Cinders) 2000 tons more or less, delivered and stockpiled as directed, state approved and non-approved, TYPE 4 Anti-skid (Cinders) 2000 tons more or less, delivered and stockpiled as directed, state approved and non-approved DUST CONTROL: Salt brine40,000 gallons, more or less, delivered; DEICING SAND #1 1000 tons more or less, delivered and stockpiled as directed DEICING SAND #2 1000 tons more or less, delivered and stockpiled as directed FUEL DEISEL bid price is based on rack price on March 31, 2022: break down bid into Rack Price, Over Rack Price, Bid Price These are line item bids. For any tailgate spread items, a minimum of 600 tons per day delivered, with 48 hour notice by the Township is required. All proposals must be upon forms furnished by Jackson Township. The forms are available at the office of the Township Secretary, 41 Back Street, Millerton, PA 16936 or by calling (570)537-6367. Bids will be accepted and/or rejected during the regular meeting at 7PM. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re- advertise if necessary, and to accept the bids believed to be in the best interest of Jackson Township.
