Renovation of a water / sewer project in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for installation of concrete walls and storage pads for the solids handling area of the Atlantic Treatment Plant. All shall be in accordance with the attached Specifications, General Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions. *NOTE: Do not respond through eVA. HRSD only accepts responses submitted online through HRSD's Online Oracle ERP system. The existing covered storage facilities located at the Atlantic Treatment Plant are used for storage of dewatered biosolids. Biosolids are conveyed to the two covered concrete storage pads during year-round daily dewatering operations. The greatest amount of biosolids is removed from the pads for land application during the spring planting season. The exact timing of the spring land application depends on the weather and varies from year to year.
