The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to solicit submissions from qualified firms to demonstrate their ability to undertake a project similar to that currently being considered by the RDN to complete the North Slope Landfill Closure. The RDN invites submissions in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from interested and experienced general contractors (Respondents) in providing construction services (work) for the construction of the following: Strip, haul and stockpile existing low permeability soil on-site; Grade existing waste surfaces in closure area to specified slopes and elevations; Supply and install cover system; Supply and install landfill gas trench and piping; Supply and install ditching and culverts; and Supply and install temporary erosion control measures. Note: some materials may be install only.
