In general, work includes control of aquatic invasive weeds on an as needed basis in a manner consistent with the City of Eugene Parks and Open Spaces Integrated Pest Management Policy and Operations Manual.Bids shall be valid for 60 days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any bidder in the submission of a bid. The term of this contract shall be for five years and will typically include $20,000 of work annually. The contract will automatically renew each year; however the City or Contractor may opt to cancel the contract within 30 days of the scheduled renewal date.
