Site work for a road / highway in Suttons Bay, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Provide an overband crack fill asphalt rubber product from the Qualified Products List in accordance with subsection 502.02Bof the Michigan Department of Transportation 2012 Standard Specification for Construction. Progress Schedule: The successful bidder will be required to submit a schedule of work at award of contract, which will indicate starting and completion dates and the order of completion for each project. All work is to be started after May 1, 2022 and completed by September 30, 2022. A project is considered complete for payment when all items of work including project clean up are done in accordance with the contract provisions and construction specifications. The contractor may submit a request for payment after approval is given by the project manager. Payments shall be processed within 30 days of receipt of contractor invoice. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive defects and to accept the proposal that in the opinion of the Board is in the best interest of the Leelanau County Road Commission.
