Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes the supply and installation of approximately 305 metres of 600 mm diameter PVC sanitary sewer, 320 metres of 250 mm diameter ductile iron water main, 65 metres of 600 mm diameter storm sewer, 15 metres of 3000 mm by 2400 mm precast concrete box culvert, concrete block retaining wall, and the realignment of Killarney Brook, as well as any associated service laterals and appurtenances, a temporary water system and reinstatement of the roadway, curb and gutter, landscaping, and the placement of asphalt concrete on Brookside Drive in The City of Fredericton. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including HST). Subject to the Contract Documents and the Supplemental Conditions, the successful bidder shall be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid Documents. Official tender documents can only be obtained from HILCON Limited. Only Contractors who have received the Tender directly from HILCON Limited are eligible to submit a Tender on this project. Bid Documents may be obtained by General Contractors from HILCON Limited, 420 York Street, Fredericton, NB, E3B 3P7, 506-454-4455, upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per set (including HST).
