**As of May 13, 2022, project was awarded to Peak Environmental, Vancouver, awarded amount is $107,510.28. ** Bids will be received as follows: General Contract to remove an inactive, leaking underground lift to replace it with a new aboveground lift. Lift procurement and replacement will be completed under a separate contract. Additional tasks include the removal of oil-contaminated soil and groundwater (as well as free product) related to the leaking lift, and rehabilitation of the site. All work will be under a single contract. Contract documents will be available to view and/or download beginning, at J-2 Blue Print Supply Company, 8100 NE St. Johns Road, Suite B-101, Vancouver, WA, 360-696-1861 The Owner reserves the right to wave any informalities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw or modify his bid after the time set for the bid opening until after 45 calendar days from bid opening date.
