The Charlestown Selectboard is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals for mowing, trimming and grounds maintenance of Town owned properties on a contract basis for the 2022 season, commencing on or about May 1, 2022. The selected contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, supplies and personnel necessary to accomplish the specified tasks in a prompt and workmanlike manner. The selected contractor will be required to provide evidence of adequate insurance including Auto Liability, Commercial General Liability and Workers' Compensation coverage. The Selectboard reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any and all proposals for any reason and to revise the scope of the work as it deems necessary in the best interests of the Town. The Town reserves the right to request additional mowing as needed
