Emulsion, Crushed Stone, Sand, Bituminous Concrete Material, and Milling/Reclaiming/Stabilization Purchase of: 1. 14,000 tons, more or less, of bituminous concrete for 2022. (This material will be used at various times in various quantities throughout 2022 at the direction of the Highway Department). Also contains bid for selected milling/pulverizing of existing surface in place. NOTE: LRIP Funds may be used to purchase material and services for this year's projects. 2. 250,000 gallons, more or less, CRS-2, CRS-2P and CSS-1 Emulsion. 3. Crushed Rock Materials for a period of one year. The Public Works and Infrastructure Committee reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to accept such bids that they deem to be most advantageous for La Crosse County. All bidders must bid on proposal form furnished by the Highway Department. All other bids will be rejected.
