Work includes, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, tree and stump removal, excavation, grading, rock and ledge removal, retaining wall construction, columbarium wall construction, pre-buried vault installation, full depth pavement construction, mill and overlay, riprap slope armoring, water spigot installation, drainage structures and piping, hydrant installation, septic system replacement, signage, fencing, pergola installation, landscaping and all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work The correct estimate for this project is: $12,000,000.00
