As of 04/20/2022 This project received no bids and will be rebid. Bids are invited on the following work: Install needle point bi-polar ionization air filtration units at the Westside Community Service Building (2598 W Main St) and City Hall (300 E Main St). No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid amount payable to the City of Sun Prairie as a guarantee that if their bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file a Contract within ten (10) days after such acceptance. The accepted bidder will execute and file the Agreement and the Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount equal to 100% of the bid amount within ten (10) days of Notice of Award. All applicable charter and statutory provisions are incorporated into said Contract. The successful bidder shall be required to conform to all Federal and State OSHA requirements, as well as to the extent necessary, to comply with David-Bacon and/or Wisconsin Prevailing Wage Laws. The City of Sun Prairie reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Bids may be held by the City of Sun Prairie for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. The project as outlined in the Contract Documents shall be complete by 11/30/2022 *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
