The NBHA reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so. Unexpected Closures: If at the advertised time scheduled for the bid opening the New Bedford Housing Authority Procurement Office is closed due to uncontrolled events such as fire, snow, ice, wind or building evacuation, then the bid opening will be postponed until 10:00 A.M. on the next regularly scheduled business day.
