The Owner, addressed and mailed or delivered to Lakehaven Water and Sewer District, Attn: Purchasing Manager, 31627 1st Avenue South, Federal Way, WA 98003, in a sealed envelope plainly marked "BID ON: 2022-2023 WATER INVENTORY SUPPLIES-CLASSES 3 AND 5 (22-1562)," and the name and address of the bidder. Access to the District's office is restricted due to COVID protocols. Customer Service staff will accept the bid documents from you and ask that you remain outside to observe necessary social distancing. Bids will be opened and read at the window adjacent to the main entrance. Please plan appropriately for inclement weather (i.e., umbrella, jacket, etc.). There is also significant construction ongoing for the site and parking is extremely limited. Bid results will be available via email within a short time following the reading.
