Remodeling and renovation of a fire / police facility in Federal Way, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility; and for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Project includes interior remodeling to an existing building, along with mechanical and electrical, improvements to create a logistics facility for South King Fire and Rescue. This project is subject to meet Washington State prevailing wages rates. All work performed on the project will be subject to the approved wage determination rates in the bid documents.
