Renovation of a multi-residential development in Federal Way, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Work consists of stairway and deck repairs as described in the Contract Documents including, but is not limited to, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, services, engineering, and the manufacture and fabrication of components, performed, furnished, or provided in accordance with the Contract Documents. Question deadline: 01/25/2024 at 09:00 a.m. Questions pertaining to the bid are to be sent via email to MichelleJ@kcha.org. As a condition of award Performance and Payment bonds for 100% of the Contract Award Amount shall be furnished for the Work. On contracts of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) or less, at Contractors option the requirement may be waived in lieu of an additional 5% (total 10%) retainage. KCHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
