Please note that the bid amount has been adjusted to address the impending increase in the sales tax rate to 10.2%.** The proposed work consists of (including all other necessary and appurtenance work) modifications to the District's 20th Avenue South Tank to include erecting containment, preparation and recoating of interior or exterior, work on top hatches and vent structures, temporary erosion and sediment control, disinfection, testing, commissioning, and provision of records drawings as set forth in the plans and specifications.
