Renovation of a water / sewer project in Federal Way, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
All labor, materials, and appurtenances necessary for replacement of sludge and scum collection mechanisms in primary clarifiers and modifications to the scum pit at the District's Lakota Wastewater Treatment Plant. Access to the District's office is restricted due to COVID protocols. Customer Service staff will accept the bid documents from you. Bids will be opened and read at the window adjacent to the main entrance. Please plan appropriately for inclement weather (i.e., umbrella, jacket, etc.). There is also significant construction ongoing for the site and parking is extremely limited. Bid results will be available via email within a short time following the reading.
