Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Creede, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

Mineral County, Colorado Runway 07/25 Reconstruction Project The Project consists of constructing: Base Bid (Schedule A) Runway 07/25 pavement removal, grading, pavement construction, and paint markings. Bid Alternative 1 (Schedule B) Apron and crack cleaning, crack sealing, replace tiedowns, seal coat, and paint markings. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and/or unit price basis, with additive or deductive alternate bid items (if any) as indicated in the Bid Form. The project is funded with grant funds from the Colorado Department of Transportation, Division of Aeronautics. Award of the project will be contingent upon receiving funding and award concurrence from the above listed funding agencies. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to Mineral County, in an amount not less than Ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Successful Bidders shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful Bidder and a Certificate(s) of insurance shall be provided. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the receipt of Bids noted above. MINERAL COUNTY AIRPORT RUNWAY 07/25 RECONSTRUCTION The right is reserved to reject any or all Bids received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the Owner.
