Torrence Tributary II Greenway Bid, Performance, and Payment & Material bonds are required. NC law and applicable regulations of various licensing boards and MWBE provisions will be observed. The project includes +/- 1.0 miles of new greenway trail (asphalt, concrete, and boardwalk) with multiple public neighborhood access connections, two (2) prefabricated bridges and associated stream work, grading and drainage structures, gravity sanitary sewer work, and planting Mecklenburg County reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals
