Renovation of an educational facility in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Heartland Community College District #540 will accept bids for the LED Lighting Upgrade requests bids to upgrade lighting in CCB 1406 /07 to LED fixtures and bulbs. Lump sum bid proposals will be received for this project on or before the scheduled time of receipt of bids and will be publicly opened at that time in CCB Room 2012. Work requires compliance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS/.01 et seq. One complimentary set of ITB Documents in electronic format may be obtained from Jd Davis at jd.davis@heartland.edu. Questions regarding this request should be submitted in writing to Jd Davis, jd.davis @ heartland.edu with "HCC LED Lighting Upgrade" in the subject line. No questions will be addressed after 4:30 p.m. (CST) on March 24, 2022. The College reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or* parts* thereof.
