Renovation of a municipal facility in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following: Community Activity Center - Chiller System Renewal. Complete chiller system replacement Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening. State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
