Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility.

Work shall include construction of a new 64'-0" x 96'-0" pre-engineered wood framed structure along with interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and site work. All work shall be bid under one prime contract. There will be no scheduled pre-bid meeting. However, potential bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site and thoroughly inspect the premises with plans and specifications in hand, whereas to fully inform themselves to the scope of work and all existing conditions, facilities, difficulties and restrictions affecting the execution and completion of the contracted work. Bidders will not be given extra compensation or extension of contract completion time for failure to be so informed. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid, payable to Normal Township. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required of the bidder(s) to whom a contract is awarded. Electronic files will be provided through a link as the files are too large to send by email. Contractors will be required to obtain a physical set of the bid documents for this project from our firm.
