Site work and paving for a road / highway in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) owns and maintains many parks and recreation facilities with various asphalt paving and patching needs. HRM wishes to establish a Standing Offer with a qualified bidder to undertake this asphalt work on a timely and cost-effective basis. The resulting Standing Offer will be for a period of one (1) year, with the option to renew for two (2) additional years based on performance. Agreement will commence upon award and finish on June 30, 2023. Prices must be firm for this period. - Year 1 to run from award until June 30, 2023. Optional Years: - Year 2 to run from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 - Year 3 to run from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 Increase for optional years two (2) and three (3), if exercised, shall not exceed the percentage stated in the bid response. The option to extend is at the sole discretion of HRM
