In general, the scope of this project will consist of a master planning and build out study that identifies the needs of the community within a defined area taking into consideration the existing conditions and system capacities. The outcome of the process will be: An identification of available property and capacity for development Identification and incorporation of desirable improvements Development of a map that includes proposed development including rough numbers of housing units and sq. feet of commercial space. The committee will select the consultant on or about April 12, 2022. All work on the project must be completed by May 31, 2023. The maximum limiting amount of this contract will be $10,000. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
