The City of Topeka Utilities Department is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional engineering design services for the City's Sanitary Collection System Replacement 2022 CIP Program T-291108.00. The selected firm or team will provide design, evaluation methodologies, and options for the rehabilitation of the sanitary collection system assets within the City. Q And A Open 3/16/2022 12:31:00 AM Q And A Close 3/29/2022 3:30:00 AM The City of Topeka Utilities Department is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional engineering design services for the City's sanitary collection system rehabilitation and replacement program. The selected firm or team will provide design, evaluation methodologies, and options for the rehabilitation of the sanitary collection system assets within the City. Specifically, the sanitary and combined sanitary collection conveyance systems consist of pipe diameters generally fifteen (15) inches in diameter and smaller; as well as related structures that comprise the sanitary and combined sanitary collection systems. The selected consultant shall enter into an initial three (3) year agreement with the City of Topeka. The agreement will have the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms by written agreement of both parties. The initial contract term is anticipated to begin May 15, 2022. The initial contract will be for three (3) years from the date the contract is executed by both parties. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
