This courtesy posting is an advertisement of a procurement opportunity for Box Elder School District, not the Division of Purchasing. Responses should be directed to the designated individual/office as designated in the solicitation document. The Division of Purchasing does not accept responses for courtesy postings Box Elder School District (the District) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from public-school project experienced firms for construction management services for select non-inclusive capital improvement, maintenance, and repair projects. The projects often include, but are not limited to roof replacements/repair, asphalt maintenance and replacement/repair, concrete projects, ADA improvements, asbestos management and mitigation, HVAC system improvements, electrical and plumbing system projects/repairs, irrigation system projects, limited new capital construction (i.e., portable classrooms, etc.), assorted demolition projects, fence installations, limited flooring and ceiling replacements, painting, etc. Questions and requests for additional information must be submitted in writing through U3P. Questions, requests, and subsequent responses will be posted through U3P. Questions and requests for information will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. The District reserves the right to reject any, or all proposals, or waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the District. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
