for the Box Elder School District - Cooling Upgrades in accordance with the bidding instructions and information contained therein, and having examined the project site, and being familiar with all the conditions surrounding the construction of the proposed project, including the availability of labor, hereby propose to furnish all labor, material, equipment, and supplies as required for the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents as specified and within the time set forth and at the price stated below. This price is to cover all expenses incurred in performing the Work required under the contract documents of which this bid is a part: For all work required by the Invitation to bid and the contract documents, to furnish and install all components and equipment, including all electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, controls and roofing as necessary, I/We agree to perform for the sum of: I/We guarantee that the Work will be Substantially Complete on or before on or before August 12, 2023, contingent upon receipt of the "Notice to Proceed" being issue by June 10, 2022, should I/We be the successful bidder. This bid shall be good for 45 days after the bid opening. Upon the receipt of notice of acceptance of this bid, the undersigned agrees to execute the contract within five (5) days.
