**As of June 17, 2022, this project has been awarded to Renner Sports and no awarded amount available.** For Existing Running Track Repairs & Resurface and Extended High Jump Area Milford High School The Beaver County School District Board of Education reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all bids, or waive any informality in a bid. Questions regarding this bid should be directed to: Michelle Yardley, Purchasing Specialist michelle.yardley@beaver.k12.ut.us Beaver County School District (435) 438-2291 Bidders will be required to provide bid security in an amount equal to at least 5%of the bid, at the time the bid is submitted, if the bid amount is %50,000 or greater. Acceptable bid security shall be limited to: (a) A bid bond underwritten by a company licensed to issue bid bonds in this state and listed in the U.S. Department of the Treasury circular 570; (b) A cashiers, certified, or official check drawn by a federally insured financial institution made payable to the bcsd board of education; or (c) Cash. The successful bidder must submit to the BCSD school board full performance and payment bonds in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price for any job that is $50,000 or greater. [All surety firms must be authorized to do business in the state of Utah and be listed in the U.S. Department of the Treasury circular 570, companies holding certificates of authority as acceptable securities on federal bonds and as acceptable reinsuring companies for an amount not less than the amount of the bond to be issued.] A co surety may be utilized to satisfy this requirement. The purchase order will not be transmitted to the contractor, work cannot begin and no payments will be made until bonds have been received by BCSD. Bonding costs must be included in the bid price. The start date is June 1st, 2022. The completion date is July 31st, 2022. Please attach a project management plan with your proposed start and finish dates to bid.
