Champaign Community Unit School District No. 4 is inviting the submission of sealed bids for repair of a football stadium light tower located at Centennial High School. PROJECT SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS The Work of this Subcontract shall be substantially completed on June 1st, 2022, subject to adjustments as otherwise directed in writing by the owner's authorized representative. Successful bidder can expect a PO in hand by April 13th after Board approval April 11th . All questions must be submitted via email to Joshua Munk at munkjo@u4sd.org; no later than March 23rd, 2022 at 12:00 pm. All questions will be answered and a final addendum issued no later than March 25th, 2022 at 12:00 pm Bids are to include the cost of 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor & Material Payment Bond. Champaign Community Unit School District #4 is to be named as a Dual Obligee A five percent (5%) Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Champaign Community Unit School District #4 to be named as Dual Obligee. Insurance requirements: General Liability: 3 Each Occurrence: $1,000,000 General Aggregate: $2,000,000 Automobile Liability: Combined Single Limit: $1,000,000 Workers Compensation: Each Accident: $1,000,000 The District reserves the right to accept or reject bids based on the best interest of the District. Vendors shall not assign, transfer, convey, sublet, or otherwise dispose of this contract, including any or all of it right, title or interest therein, or its power to execute such contract to any person, company or corporation, without prior written consent of the Champaign Unit #4 Schools.
