Renovation of an educational facility in Floresville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Each project scope is fully set out in Drawings and Specifications prepared by KCA Engineers, Inc. of San Antonio, TX. Contingencies shall be included in the Base Proposal to cover the cost of hidden/concealed conditions, or betterment of the respective project as deemed by the Owner. Contractor shall be allowed to recover all costs related to the completion of work under this contingency, however, no overhead or profit will be allowed in the Contractor's Cost Proposals paid out of this contingency. All remaining contingency balance shall be returned to Owner at the completion of the project without fee or charge (effectively reducing the initial construction contract amount). All questions (including requests for alternate product manufacturers) must be submitted to mkyler@ kcaeng.net no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. FINAL Addendum shall be issued via individual emails, on or before 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 31, 2022.
