The work of this call for tenders is described as follows: Site preparation and leveling integration; Removal and demolition of existing elements; The felling and grubbing as well as the transplantation of existing trees; Sawing and lowering existing concrete curbs; Asphalt concrete surface construction; The construction of curbs, sidewalks and poured concrete slabs; The construction of cobble surfaces; The construction of natural stone walls; Installation of precast concrete steps; Reconstruction and reinstallation of existing elements (pavement surface, signage, etc.); Supply and installation of equipment; Planting and sodding work; Civil engineering work (aqueduct and sanitary sewer); Electrical work (lighting); Site clean-up and off-site transportation of unsalvaged materials. CONDITIONS Only bids from a contractor or supplier with an establishment in Québec or who have an establishment in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the City will be accepted.
