The proposed work consists of constructing an additional lagoon and replacing the aeration system. The project components include Aeration, Blowers, Controls, Blower Building, Lagoon Embankment, Asphalt Paving, Security Fencing and Site Restoration. (SPAN) 3. Engineer's Base Bid Cost Estimate is $1,500,000. Alternate #1 - Natural Gas Backup Generator - Engineer's Cost Estimate is $90,000 Alternate #2 - Deduct for Alternate Equal Aeration System (SPAN) Bids must be submitted on the unbound Bid Forms furnished with the Bidding Documents and must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code or a Bid Security furnished in Bond Form, issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. (SPAN) 7. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. 8. This project is partially funded by a grant / loan from the OPWC SCIP Program and a grant from the ODOD Water & Wastewater Infrastructure Program. Attention must be given to all the requirements contained in the project documents, including the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions.
