Work Location: Commonwealth of Virginia, Virginia State Police; Area Office 39, 3861 South Lee Highway, Natural Bridge, Virginia 24578 1. Construct Gas Shed Contractor shall provide all shop, labor, materials, equipment and supervision to remove existing shed and dispose of materials off site and construct a new gas shed. A photo of the existing shed is attached. - The project requires shifting the shed location by approximately eight feet. With the shift there is a small elevation change for the structure. - Construction shall be in accordance with the attached drawing and pictures. - Modify/adjust electrical connections as required to service the lights in the new shed. All electrical for the shed feeds through the gas pump. - Add one 110 volt outlet. 2. Repairs to Existing Shed - Remove and dispose of existing shed doors. Photos of the shed is attached to the solicitation. - Supply and install new 6' wide by 7' tall metal roll up doors, color gray. - Supply and install four LED light fixtures, four foot in length to replace existing lighting. The shed is wired for electrical service. - Supply and install four shelves; wood, heavy duty, 6 feet long and 20 inches deep, 7 feet at top shelf, equally spaced in bookshelf style.
