Renovation of an educational facility in Port Loring, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
- Install new roof mounted ERV #1 unit complete with new ductwork/insulation/jacketing - Remove existing exhaust air fans and ductwork system and gooseneck Level 100 (6 classrooms). - Construct propane gas line system and station as shown. - Construct new ductwork system for ERV units (Level 100). - Provide new grilles, diffusers, fire dampers. - Replace existing A/H serving Library and other spaces with new interior A/H #1 unit, revise ductwork as required to suit. - Upgrade and provide new standalone control system to accommodate new roof mounted ERV and indoor A/H #1. - Remove and reinstall T-bar ceilings in the area of HVAC and structural work. - Modify existing building structure to accommodate new HVAC work - see structural drawings. - Balance air and water on HVAC system - Remove and re-install some existing lighting fixtures, other electrical devices provide new electrical distribution for the new HVAC system - see electrical drawings. - Perform any other work required by this contract.
