Simcoe Village Campus Project, Early Works Stage 1 Tender includes stripping of 22 acre site and placing approximately 200,000 m3 engineered fill for the new Simcoe Village Campus Project - a LEED Silver Certified Long-Term Care Seniors Complex. Melloul-Blamey Construction has been solely retained by the owner as their Construction Manager for this project. *Site works are complete. *Award value was not released for publication; however the total project has been currently estimated between 250 - 300 million.
