Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a 1,076-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The current Washroom and shower facility needs replacement and re sizing for the number of users that enter the TCA on a given weekend. The current full-service washroom is an approximate 100 m2 facility with both men's and women's combination washrooms which are at the end of their useful life. The new washroom facility will consist of independent unisex shower stalls and washrooms like facilities found in provincial parks.
