Request for Bids the City of Madras Is Seeking Sealed Bids for the Water Line Replacement Project. Work Will Include Installation of Public Distribution Water Main Varying in Sizes of 6-inch to 12- Inch Along With Associated Valving and Water Services in Four Locations Throughout Town to Be Bid as a Base Bid With 3 Alternates (in Which the City May or May Not Award the Alternates) Including Excavation, Aggregate Base for Roadwork, Hmac Patching, Striping, and Right of Way Vegetation Establishment. Work Shall Be Substantially Completed by March 1, 2023. The Project Is a Public Works Project Subject to the State Prevailing Wage Rates Under Ors 279c.800 to 279c.870, the Federal Prevailing Wage Rates Under the Davis Bacon Act (40 U.s.c. 3141 Et Seq.)
