Renovation of an educational facility in Madras, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of roof replacement at the Jefferson County School District - Bridges High School (various roofs) 410 SW 4th Street, Madras, Oregon. Scope of work includes, but is not limited on the defined roof areas, to the complete removal of the existing roofing down to the structural deck and installation of new specified insulated singleply membrane system and insulated metal standing seam system and specified components and all incidentals to complete the warrantable specified systems. Make sure you reference the project as "Jefferson County School District - Bridges HS - 2022 Reroof Project" on your email subject line to avoid confusion with other projects. This project is a PREVAILING WAGE project therefore no bid will be received or considered unless the Bid contains a statement by the bidder, as part of the bid that "Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.838, 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148."
