Renovation of a mixed-use development in Madras, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1st Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statements are due by 4:00 PM current local time on the above date for bids to be considered for award. Bids and 1st Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statement received after the required time and date time will not be considered. The scope of work for this bid includes, but is not limited to the following: Seismic strengthening of the roof and existing shear walls through sheathing/fastening and foundation improvements. Additionally, separating the gymnasium from the classroom wings by installation of a new bearing line and foundation below is included in the scope of work. Various interior improvements will also be required including relocation of electrical outlets, the intercom/alarm at the entry, and repair of wall and floor finishes. The scope also includes a portion of the building that will be re-roofed. Every requestfor such technical and designinterpretationshall be in writing and emailed to the District Representative: Mike Tiller, Tiller's Schoolhouse Consulting, LLC, mike.tiller@tillersschoolhouse.com To be given consideration the request must be received by the District Representative at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the Bids.
