Scope of Work Duties of the selected consultant include: - Review applications for each CDBG Program and determine whether applicants meet the income limitations and are eligible for the programs. - Conduct review of bids for contractors and prepare necessary documents. - Monitor construction activities and have "Notice of Completion" recorded by the County. - Submit Quarterly and Annual Performance Reports to the City for inclusion in the City's reporting system to the County. - Competent use of the Los Angeles County Development Authority's (LACDA) CDBG on-line system for all required purposes including use of the Rehab panel and other reporting features. - Maintain timesheets or logs that are reasonably available to the City to track the administrative delivery costs for each applicant in each program. - Create, manage and maintain individual case files for each client in the manner expected by the LACDA. - Be available and prepared to aid in all audits of each program by the LACDA The final day for the receipt of questions from companies shall be by noon on April 7, 2022. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
