This Public Works project consist of remodeling and refurbishing two existing restroom buildings, new electrical connections, one sewer hookup and lift station. ENGINEER ESTIMATE: $385,000 THE BOARD hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. The project scope consists of remodeling/refurbishing the interiors and painting the exterior of two existing seasonal public restrooms on the MeadowWood Golf Course in Liberty Lake, Washington. This project will bring both facilities up to current code, update interior finishes and fixtures, and improve plumbing for easier maintenance access and winterization. Underground electric lines will be installed in coordination with Avista to provide electrical power to both restrooms. In addition, at the east restroom, the project includes decommissioning the existing holding tank, installing a lift station, and connecting to the city sewer system. 07/7/22 - Last day for Bidders to ask questions Substantial Completion to be on or before February 24, 2023 with Final Completion to be on or before March 15th, 2023.
